Core Return Program

A core charge is a separately disclosed amount connected to the return of an eligible original engine or component. The product page and checkout must state the core charge, eligibility requirements and return deadline before purchase.

Core Eligibility

An eligible core must match , be substantially complete, retain required identification and be free from disqualifying damage or contamination listed before purchase. PrimeCore may not deny credit using an unpublished inspection criterion.

Return Procedure

1. Request core authorization through  within days after delivery.
2. Prepare the core using the supplied pallet, container, caps and written instructions.
3. Provide the required photographs and confirm safe pickup access.
4. Use only the carrier and shipping documents authorized by PrimeCore unless PrimeCore agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Retain pickup and tracking documentation until the core credit is complete.

Core Freight, Inspection and Credit

Core return freight is paid by . PrimeCore will inspect the core using the criteria disclosed before purchase and notify the customer of acceptance, reduced credit or rejection with a reasonably specific explanation. An approved core credit will be issued to  within  business days. Rejected-core disposition, storage and return-shipment choices must be disclosed before the customer becomes responsible for additional charges.
